The Role

We're looking for a
Subject Matter Expert in Accounting, Reporting and Control
to join our growing team in Budapest.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in global accounting and reporting processes. You'll work closely with international finance teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, process design, and system enhancements all within a dynamic, collaborative global environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee financial accounting and reporting activities
    , ensuring full compliance with international standards and internal policies.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
    , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in reporting.
  • Partner with global stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of finance processes.
  • Drive
    standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
    , identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver analysis and insights to help senior leaders make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with regional subject matter experts to align processes and share best practices globally.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
    , with at least
    5 years of relevant professional experience
    .
  • Strong track record in
    financial accounting, reporting, and month-end close
    .
  • Proficiency in SAP financial modules
    is essential.
  • Excellent command of English (B2 or higher) and strong communication skills across cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support both operational and project activities.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with attention to detail and process excellence.
