The EU Committee for Promotion of Tourism Investment and Development (EUCPTID) represents over 2 million business individuals across 27 EU countries who are interested in entrepreneurship and promoting tourism. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity under the EU Training + Job Placement Programme (TTP) – Hospitality Track (2nd Cohort), based in Budapest. The programme starts with a
3-month combined vocational licence and language training(

€
6,000)
, including tuition, accommodation and meals in Hungary. Participants then enter a
12-month development phase
with a
monthly stipend of €1,000
, followed by placement as
full-time staff with a guaranteed minimum salary of €2,500 per month
in the hospitality sector, subject to successful completion and employer evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates or final-year students with at least vocational diploma (any major; hospitality or tourism is a plus but not required).
  • Basic English skills sufficient for daily communication and training (CEFR
    B1 preferred
    ).
  • Knowledge of
    German or Italian
    is an advantage, but
    not required
    ; additional language training will be provided.
  • Strong motivation to build a professional career in the hospitality and tourism sector.
  • Willingness to work full-time in an on-site, team-based environment in Hungary and later in the EU.
  • No prior work experience required
    – full training and mentoring are provided as part of the programme.
