Staff Education Services Delivery Representative

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Cooperate with other departments to arrange virtual and in-person training courses; online and in-person certification exams.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (mainly in English).
- Initiate process changes, and actively participate in CI activities.
Create and maintain process documentation on process changes.
Use different databases (Oracle EBIZ, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, APEX, etc.) to manage Education Services training courses, training entitlements, and certification records.
- Drive and own Education Services event creation globally.
- Handle event registrations with training entitlements.
- Manage rosters and communicate with the instructor and grading teams.
- Send timely and accurate email communications to customers and instructors.
- Organize the shipping of equipment.
- Maintain course manual stock.
- Create and share course and exam completion certificates.
- Create event reports upon request.
- Assist customers in exam organization and execution.
- Support new team members with some mentoring assignments.
- Follow established procedures on routine work (requires instructions only on new assignments).

For This Role, You Will Need:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and data management.
- Advanced English skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High-level multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to represent the needs of the business.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Desire for self-improvement.
- Comprehend Team Goals (Team Focus).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Customer service-related experience is an advantage
- Experience with Oracle and Salesforce systems
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to process improvements.
