Felelősségi kör

Közvetlenül a Chief Operating Officer (COO) irányítása alatt, a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) elsődleges feladata a vállalat pénzügyi stabilitásának fenntartása, a likviditás biztosítása és a pénzügyi kockázatok kezelése egy három fős csapat élén. Felelős a profitabilitás növelésének támogatásáért, valamint a költségek optimalizálásáért. Stratégiai pénzügyi tanácsadással támogatja a vezetőséget, miközben biztosítja a pénzügyi megfelelőséget és a szabályozási előírásoknak való teljes körű megfelelést.

Feladatok

  • Az EMEA Compliance csapat vezetése, a régióban működő erőforrások irányítása.
  • A meglévő központi és regionális CCA (Controls, Compliance & Advisory) csapatok feladatainak összehangolása. A CCA más pilléreiből származó feladatok végrehajtásának felügyelete
  • Globális folyamatfejlesztési projektek
    vezetése a kontrollkörnyezet javítása érdekében (centralizálás, standardizálás, automatizálás)
  • A csapat munkájának irányítása, mentorálása, prioritások meghatározása
  • Erős partnerség kialakítása
    a régió pénzügyi vezetőivel, tanácsadói szerep betöltése a kulcsfontosságú pénzügyi vezetői csapatokban (pl. Regional Controllership, GFSS, Electrical, Aero)
  • Kockázatok proaktív felmérése, azonosítása és kezelése a hatékony kontrollkörnyezet biztosítása végett
  • Keresztfunkcionális együttműködés, stratégiai tanácsadás és problémamegoldás a pénzügyi és operatív eredmények elérése érdekében

Tapasztalati elvárások

  • Felsőfokú végzettség pénzügy, számvitel, informatika vagy ezekkel egyenértékű területen
  • Minimum
    10 év szakmai tapasztalat
    számvitel, pénzügyi szabályozás és belső kontroll területén
  • Előnyt jelent: CPA, CA vagy MBA végzettség
