We are currently looking for an experienced
BD Manager with Chinese
to join our team in Budapest, Hungary.

CBS Global EMEA provides advanced solutions for supply chain quality management. We ensure the full package of services from customs clearance & storage to after-sales one-stop service Our core services encompass sorting and rework, inspection, precise 3D measurements, and on-site resident engineering activities across the whole EMEA region. We can tailor third-party warehousing and logistics solutions to fit your specific business needs, mainly in the automotive, consumer electronics, electromechanical, renewable, e-mobility/e-battery, and aerospace industries.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Independently identify, target, and secure new clients across Europe to expand market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key industries (e.g., automotive, energy storage).
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client needs, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor European market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to advise on business strategies.
  • Work with the operation, technical, legal, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
    for client meetings and market exploration.
  • Physical presence in Budapest, Hungary.

Requirements:

  • Previous proven 3+ years in BD/Sales experience, preferably in Automotive/Electronics.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English, and
    other European languages (e.g., German) is a plus.
  • Existing network in the European battery/energy/automotive sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable to cross-cultural environments.
  • Valid EU work permit/residency
    (required).
  • Willing to relocate to Hungary and travel frequently.
  • Active B driving license.
  • Technical background (e.g., engineering, renewable energy) to understand client needs.
