 Position Summary:  A
Product Owner - Engineered materials is responsible for enabling the effective management of the development team's efforts with an increasingly complex and rapid development cycle.
Responsibilities
YOU will be involved in the following tasks: ‒Supports Backlog Management: Assists in creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility‒Translates Requirements: Works with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into clear, testable user stories‒Facilitates Communication: Acts as a liaison between the development team and business to ensure clarity and alignment‒Participates in Agile Management: Engages in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives‒Monitors Progress: Tracks sprint progress and ensures deliverables meet acceptance criteria‒Supports Product Vision: Helps maintain and communicate the product roadmap and strategic goals
Qualifications
What YOU will bring to the team: ‒Experience (3-5 years) as an Agile Product Owner or as a Project Manager with an engineering, chemistry, or material science education background is the ideal candidate‒Excellent verbal and written communication‒Detail oriented‒Self-directed based on guidance from leadership‒Azure Dev Ops (Microsoft project management software for development teams) experience is desirable but not required
