Yanolja Go Global is looking for a
Business Analyst
to join our BI department in
Budapest, Hungary
.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting business improvement and data-driven decision-making using data analytics and business insight, providing data-based recommendations to all relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Job Responsibilities


• Use analytical skills and business judgement to identify and solve business opportunities and problems.


• Provide data-based insights to all relevant stakeholders across the organization and the executive management team.


• Enable data-driven decision making and tracking of business performance.


• Guide business growth, quality, and efficiency.


• Implementation and administration of the BI system (including training).


• Establish reports and dashboards.


• Plan and operate price changes (MU).

Job Requirements


• Eligibility to work in Hungary (the company does not provide visa sponsorship).


• Ability to work on-site from our Budapest office as required by the role.


• Experience as a Business Analyst for 3+ years.


• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SQL - advantage.


• Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools - QlikSense advantage.


• Ability to learn and research independently.


• Problem solver personality, self-initiative, and high motivation.


• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Fluent English - must.
