About Our Client

Our client is a stable and reliable player in both the Hungarian and international construction industry. They have extensive experience in manufacturing aluminum and glass railings, producing custom-made furniture, building hotels, and since 2016, in reinforced concrete construction. Their own formwork system and their strategic partners' concrete plants ensure precise and professional project execution. Their main focus areas include residential and public buildings, hotels, heritage renovations, sports facilities, and industrial buildings. With new real estate development projects about to launch, they continue to expand their portfolio with exciting opportunities.

Position; Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire construction and investment process of the project, implementing and supporting the objectives set by the Division Manager and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project start-up technical, financial, and scheduling plans in cooperation with the Division and Project Manager
  • Organize and lead the construction team, supervise daily work progress and performance
  • Coordinate and monitor the acquisition of necessary permits and handle all official procedures, including handover and acceptance processes
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, technical inspectors, designers, subcontractors, authorities, and neighboring property representatives
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids and prepare decision materials for management
  • Monitor the finalization of contracts and purchase orders, prepare and manage required modifications during construction, support management in decision-making, and cooperate closely with the technical preparation department
  • Verify subcontractor and supplier performance both financially and quantitatively, actively participate in the approval process
  • Prepare financial reports related to additional and extra works, present findings to management
  • Actively participate in coordination meetings, escalate project-related topics to management, and provide regular progress reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary or higher education degree in construction engineering, technical management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential for professional communication
  • Valid category "B" driving license and active driving experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar technical leadership role
  • Independent and responsible working style with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, experience in team coordination
  • Precise, structured mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards
