  • Verify the completeness of identification documents for new and existing customers
  • Evaluate excerpts from the commercial register or comparable documents
  • Capture information about legal representatives or persons representing our customers
  • Identify beneficial owners and analyze ownership and company control structures
  • Conduct screening of customer data against PEP and sanction lists
  • Collaborate with other internal departments and communicate directly with customers primarily through emailElvÃrÃsok / Requirements
    • 1-3 years of experience in KYC, Due Diligence, Legal or similar field
    • Basic legal understanding and the ability to simplify complex issues for effective communication
    • Independent and meticulous working style with a high level of decisiveness
    • Motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a drive to deliver high-quality results
    • Strong customer orientation and experience in direct customer communication, preferably through email
    • Excellent written and spoken English AND Hungarian, proficiency in other languages such as German is a plus
