Role summary

 

Reporting to the Center of Excellence Manager, the Consultant is responsible for the design

and operation of Triviums SAP SuccessFactors systems. The Consultant will also have a

dotted line towards the Manager HR Shared Service Center.

This role, together with Solution Architecure, ensures integration with all (SAP) Payroll

systems, Time & Attendance systems and non-SAP systems.

 

Specific responsibilities:

 

• The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is responsible for the technical and functional

development, integration and deployment of the Applications.

• Within SAP domain:

o Work with HR to create a clear strategic plan and roadmap for HR

SuccessFactor Application Strategy.

o Responsible for development and maintenance of all SuccessFactor related

Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow.

o Responsible for development and maintenance of all interfaces from/to the

SuccessFactors systems.

• Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the HR Department can

improve and develop its applications.

• Work with third party providers to ensure Trivium is delivered a first rate service.

• Work in a global environment, supporting projects at our offices in (mainly) Europe.

• Work closely with Service Delivery to improve Customer satisfaction.

 

Experience

 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of Technical and Functional

integration in SuccessFactors environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills,

and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical

audiences at various hierarchical levels ranging from Directors to technical

specialists.

• High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to handle confidential matters

professionally, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.

• Sound knowledge of HR processes and Middelware. A working knowledge of

business, risk and security technologies covering corporate and digital ecosystem

networks.

• Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in SAP HR environment.

• Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress

situations

• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations.

• Good stakeholder management skills.

• High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision, while

resilient to change.

• Experienced in cloud transformation and running multi-cloud infrastructure

• Experience with SAP transition programs and SAP (Cloud) strategy

 

Highly desirable:

 

• Preferably experience with SAP Payroll systems

• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana strategy and migration

Personal Characteristics

• Excellent presentation and communication (oral & written) skills in English.

• Willing to travel for approximately 20% of his/here time.

• Strong team player with the ability to be objective and self-sufficient as required.

• Hard-working, committed and flexible.

• High levels of self-confidence with low ego.

• Flexibility and able to multi task in this fast moving and rapidly growing environment
