As the Bid Project Management Lead, you will undertake the responsibility of coordinating technical and sales resources to facilitate pre-sales engagements and shape deals for intricate pursuits.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the timely and proficient execution of contract creation and modifications, providing continuous support to the sales team throughout the process.
  • Facilitate collaboration among pursuit, sales, delivery, and business operations to propel deal pursuits, eliminating hindrances and engaging stakeholders to advance deals.
  • Coordinate with sellers, operations, and Deal and Contract Assistance (DCA) to generate contracts, assisting sales through contract signing and processing.

 

Detailed Duties:

 

 

  • Provide ongoing support to the client sales team during the sales process, ensuring punctual and high-quality execution of contract creation and amendments across various contract types. Initiate and supervise the pre-sales process, meticulously tracking deals from the bidding stage to execution.
  • Draft contracts using Microsoft templates and tools, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Work closely with the project management team to address resource and technical prerequisites for deals.
  • Develop efficient stage-wise plans to bolster the bid process.
  • Manage approval procedures, including budgetary estimates and statement of work.
  • Review and revise draft contracts as needed.
  • Facilitate deal approvals and monitor expiration dates, resolving stakeholder queries as they arise.
  • Ensure accurate contract setup and submission through validation procedures.
  • Communicate deal statuses through detailed reports, prioritizing urgent contracts for validation team attention.
  • Address suspended requests in collaboration with the Resource Manager/Domain Solution Architect.
  • Update customer applications following standard operating procedures. Generate reports and analytics as per specifications.
  • Maintained queue hygiene and managed project updates, executing approval processes efficiently.
  • Facilitate the handover process from sales to the delivery team.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

 

  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in presales, bid management, project management, contract/resource management, and customer relationship services.
  • Hold a Bachelorâs degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent field.
  • Demonstrate an excellent grasp of contracts, contract clauses, and resource management systems.
  • Exhibit strong business communication and presentation skills.
  • Showcase an innovative and proactive approach.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office is required, with particular expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics is advantageous.
