Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the supply planning process, working closely with Shenzhen, Juarez, and Budapest teams.
  • Identify and implement supply and demand improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate supply constraints (to Marketing, Sales, and planning / Backlog monitoring teams) for constraint management activity.
  • Calculate and monitor on-hand inventory levels.
  • Provide input to finance on supply chain risks and revenue outlook.
  • Develop and execute inventory optimization plans.
  • Participate in planning and operations meetings to address supply and demand exceptions.
  • Analyze backorders and identify root causes.



Required skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, and 2-3 years of experience in planning.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
