Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product supply plans, participate in S&OE planning decision-making, and manage product supply ability and identify key risks.
  • Collaborate with Huawei buyers and suppliers to create planning strategies based on supplier production capacity, manufacture risk, and safety stock.
  • Manage production inventory, coordinate with regional offices to manage country inventory, and continuously optimize inventory management strategies, models, and methods.
  • Optimize product supply availability to support the construction of the supply network in Europe.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics/Supply Chain or Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of supply chain experience in IT or manufacturing industries, with familiarity with supply chain planning activities and material planning background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Chinese language skills a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or SAP.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or other analytical tools is preferred.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Adapting to a cross-cultural work environment.
