Your future tasks will be…

 

Owning the Business Operations OneCC pages e.g. Drive the preparation, design compelling content and maintain on an ongoing basis the Business Operations OneCC pages.

 

On a daily basis:

 

  • Translate the simplification and standardization of Business Operational processes into programs
  • Leverage the right argumentations, why the operational excellence helps the field colleagues to reduce time on administrative tasks, increase customer facing time and bring structure and predictability
  • Work close with the colleagues in the Centre of Expertise Team and the Operational community in the countries and in the Service Lines
  • Build trust that creates openness to the transformation and bringing understanding on the way forward
  • Create learning curricula for the Business Operations community: lead the design and development of training initiatives in the areas of business processes and drive onboarding program for new joiners in Group Business Operations
  • Design and develop additional training materials, virtual and live instructor-led training sessions, participant/facilitator guides. Work with learning management system to plan for launch and reporting on eLearning courses you create
  • Create, maintain and update the internal Business Operations page on SharePoint as well as existing relevant material on operational processes
  • Drive the preparation and design compelling content for internal newsletter and the external Business Operations Newsletter
  • Design visually appealing, modern, professional content that adheres to CC and Group Finance brand guidelines
  • Stakeholder management - Build a trusted relationship with stakeholders and enable a one-team approach for greater transparency
  • Change Management –to communicate changes and drive transformation to the processes and practices that are deep routed in CC history and culture
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation

 

You are the ideal candidate if...

 

  • You have more than 5 years of corporate experience in comparable role.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, program/business management, enablement, or related field with writing emphasis .
  • You are able to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • You have a good working knowledge of relevant functional systems.
  • You have experience of developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area.
  • You have continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
