Service Operation Manager

 

Amennyiben a következőkben hatékony vagy és motiválnak, kimagasló sikereket fogunk elérni együtt

Operatív vezetés – Te vagy a karbantartókból, szerviztechnikusokból és műszaki koordinátorokból álló csapat motorja

People Management – A csapatod segíted a maximális potenciálját elérni

Kiemelt ügyfélkezelés – A legmagasabb szintre helyezed a vevői elégedettség mércéjét

+Önfejlesztés – Külön szeretjük, ha vannak szakmai fejlődési céljaid, mi pedig támogatunk Téged ezek elérésében

 

Operatív vezetés

 

  • Megrendelések hatékony, sikeres teljesítésének (műszaki) koordinálása
  • Műszakilag támogatod, koordinálod, fejleszted, és motiválod a szerviztechnikusi ill. szakértői csapatot
  • Hasonlóan teszel a műszaki koordinátorok esetében
  • Biztosítod, hogy a megrendeléseket határidőre és költséghatékonyan teljesíti a csapatod
  • Biztosítod az elvégzett munkák munkavédelmi, és műszaki megfelelőségét
  • Támogatod és biztosítod a munkavédelmi feltételek teljesülését
  • Fejlesztési céllal helyszíni auditokat végzel
  • Előrejelzéseket készítesz (költség, kapacitás, munkaerő, stb.)

   

People Management

 

  • Részt veszel a csapatod fejlesztésében és bővítésében, erőforrás tervezésben
  • Közösen tűzöd ki a csapattagjaiddal egyéni céljaikat és támogatod őket ezek elérésében
  • Koordinálod, támogatod a mindennapi munkájukat szakértelmeddel és hatékony, gyors döntésekkel

 

Kiemelt ügyfélkezelés

 

  • Ügyfelekkel tartod a kapcsolatot és szükség esetén ellátogatsz hozzájuk
  • Kezdeményezel és végig viszel csapat/üzletág szintű fejlesztéseket
  • Erős szolgáltatói szemlélettel kommunikálsz partnereinkkel

A sikered elengedhetetlen alkatrészei:

Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség (gépész, villamos)

Legalább 2-3 év hasonló munkakörben szerzett tapasztalat

Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás

B kategóriás jogosítvány, belföldi utazási hajlandóság (munkaidőn belül)

MS Office magabiztos használata

Előny, ha van munkavédelmi végzettséged (legalább középfokú) és van szakmai tapasztalatod is

 

Még gyorsabban leszel sikeres ebben a munkakörben, ha:

Hasonló iparágban szereztél tapasztalatot

Vezettél karbantartó csapatot, csapatokat

Erős folyamatszemléleted van, és gyakorlatias vagy

Jó problémamegoldó, rugalmas és agilis vagy

Használtál már valamilyen vállalatirányítási rendszert (pl. SAP, Siebel)
