We conduct a recruitment from the entry-level, through specialized and managerial positions, to middle and senior management roles — mainly white-collar positions.

You are fluent in English (spoken and written),You have experience in acquiring global contracts (not necessarily in the field of recruitment),You know how to build long-term business relationships.You combine your communicative skills with the ability to cooperate at all levels of the organization.You are passionate about sales and strive to achieve results.You have excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.

Nice to have:

Experience in cooperation with new investors, e.g., in the real estate industryEnglish language certificationKnowledge of another European language

 

As a Business Development Manager:

You build an international sales and recruitment department together with the Recruitment Manager,You acquire business clients from Europe,You recognize and define Client needs and advise on proposed solutions,You maintain relationships with current Clients,You promote the company's products and services,You represent the company at conferences and other industry events (in Poland and abroad),You conduct negotiations.
