Collect, analyze and validate data from new and existingsources and ensure customer-oriented visualization for
Germany, Austria, Switzerland.Support the further development and execution of a
reporting dashboard for the implementation of strategies,
goals and business processesCreate HR key figures for the annual corporate reportsSupport the implementation of reporting standards,
policies and HR systemsAccompany internal HR projects as well as taking over
special topicsEnsure a degree of standardization, harmonization and
best practice sharing within HR SCESupport a cost efficient set-up, identify and enforce
improvement potentialElvárások / RequirementsCompleted studies in business administration or a
comparable degree with a focus on quantitative
methods / statisticsFirst professional experience (>2 years) in reporting and
analyticsAnalytical mind focusing on problem solving and on resultsEmpathic and strong communication skills, being able to
transfer complex data structures into easy communication
for stakeholdersEnjoying to work in an international environment with a
mindset of thinking global / acting localAdvanced computer skills, including office applications,
combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with
