Finance Business Partner - Group E&P Segment

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Your tasks will be:

Acting as a key point of contact from E&P Segment Finance organization for a dedicated areaParticipating in MOL Group's comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reportingSupporting business planning and forecasting processesUnderstanding business needs and preparing meaningful analysis for senior managementCooperating with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries

Requirements:

University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,At least 2-3 years working experience within finance/controlling/audit or FP&A,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,User-level computer skills, advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance, Service- and process-oriented mindset, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details,Proactivity with a problem solving mindset,Adaptability to work either in team or independently.
