Your responsibilities

Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree, ideally with a major in HR Management> 3 years of profound experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environmentExperience in HR projects (HR transition and / or HR system implementation)Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into impactful messages/insightsA continuous improvement mindset with focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itselfGood communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills as well as interest in being in close contact to employees, managers and local HRStrong administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, esp. when managing multiple open requestsFocus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientationAdvanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SF EC, ServiceNow and OpenText beneficialFluent in English (required)Fluent in French (required)It goes without saying that we offer attractive conditions such as:
