Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues and vendors
  • Monitor and follow up on open orders to ensure timely completion
  • Process invoices for payment and update prices in SAP and other systems
  • Create purchase orders and manage ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Italian languages
  • Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
Working Hours:
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Long-term development opportunities
