We’re on the hunt for someone who has: 5+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in fintech, blockchain, or De Fi. At least 2 years of experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams. A proven track record of creating and executing impactful marketing strategies. Experience with SEO and performance marketing will be highly valued. In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and hands-on experience in the Web3 space. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive data-informed decisions. Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment. Fluency in written and spoken English. A willingness to learn and roll up your sleeves. Experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly and effectively to client needs and challenges.
