Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the brand group's long-term goals.Implement brand marketing plans to meet established objectives.Identify and pursue new opportunities, including innovative concepts or services, to drive revenue growth.Work with the Development team to define optimal product features that will attract target markets.Ensure all brand communications are consistent with guidelines, maintaining quality and achieving set objectives.Leverage competitive intelligence to capitalize on market advantages and mitigate potential weaknesses.Oversee the brand's financials to ensure the annual marketing budget is adhered to and expenditures deliver maximum ROI.Initiate purchase requisitions for brand-related activities.Create campaigns to maximize exposure for new product launches and enhance brand awareness.Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and PR firms to ensure timely execution of marketing activities, adhering to brand guidelines and effectively reaching the target audience.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in brand development and P&L management.Core Competencies:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resilience.Effective management of pressure and setbacks.Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.Proactive approach.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Functional Competencies:Strong analytical skills.Critical thinking.Innovative mindset.Attention to detail.
