Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Oversee brand development to ensure consistency and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing performance.
  • Analyze marketing data and trends to make informed decisions and improve campaign outcomes.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional marketing (print, pamphlets).
  • Strong understanding of brand management, data analytics, and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM software.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team and manage projects efficiently.
  • Experience in industries such as trading or consumer goods and familiarity with US, UK, EU, Japan, and Canadian markets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and PR strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results, and push sales growth by leveraging external traffic sources and innovative strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
