We are looking for a creative, data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies to identify opportunities, develop impactful campaigns, and optimize retention efforts.

We’re on the hunt for someone who has: 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
Proven success executing growth initiatives for diverse audiences and delivering results aligned with client OKRs.
Strong expertise in blockchain ecosystems, decentralized applications and DAOs, with hands-on experience using Web3 growth and analytics tools.
A solid understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and paid media strategies.
Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple clients or projects in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude, prioritizing tactics over strategy, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to strive for excellence.
Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A willingness to learn and to roll up your sleeves.
