  • As part of the Management Team overseeing all operation issues in the Hotel
  • Checking all physical states within the Hotel public areas
  • Checking all employees in place and well-groomed in all operational areas
  • Motivating and maintains good employee relations
  • Representing the company and the Hotel standards through guests’ communication and public relations
  • Cooperating with FLHSS Manager and Director of Engineering to ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues
  • Greeting the VIP guests of the hotel daily
  • Answering guests inquires, handles complaints and follows-up as appropriate
  • Being responsible for compensating and adjusting charges if necessary

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in supervisory/managerial position in a 5-star luxury property
  • High level of guest service & problem-solving skills
  • Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
  • College/university degree in relevant field
  • Digital literacy with Opera hotel and MS Office system knowledge
