Keressük leendő Ellátási lánc vezetőnket (Supply Chain Manager), akinek munkája során felelősségi köre lesz cégünk ellátási láncának irányítása és koordinálása.

A munkád során feladatod lesz:
  • Ellátási lánc felügyelete; a beszerzés logisztika, szállítmányozás, alapanyag -és készáru raktár területek vezetése.
  • Munkatársaid magasszintű szakmai támogatása, fejlesztése.
  • Teljesítményértékelés kialakítása, menedzselése.
  • A hozzád tartozó területek teljesítményének monitorozása, mérőszámok felügyelete.
  • Az operatív feladatok felügyelete, folyamatok fejlesztése.
  • A stratégiai beszerzés kialakítása, összefogása.
  • Vállalatunk logisztikai folyamatainak felügyelete és koordinálása a hatékony működés érdekében.
  • Intralogisztikai folyamatok kialakítása, azoknak átfogó irányítása.
  • Raktári területek optimális kihasználásának biztosítása.

  • felsőfokúvégzettséged logisztika, menedzsment vagy üzleti tudományok területén szerezted.
  • Rutinosan bonyolítod le az üzleti tárgyalásokat, és ez angol nyelven is komfortos számodra.
  • Az elméleti tudáson felül, széleskörű Supply Chain Management tapasztalatod van, preferáltan gyártói környezetben.
  • Hivatástudó, energikus személyiség vagy.
  • Kifejezetten egy gyakorlatorientált alkat vagy, aki folyamatosan nyitott szemmel jár, felismeri és keresi is a megoldandó feladatokat. Szóval nem veszel el a problémákban, helyette inkább a megoldásra összpontosítasz.
  • Az idődet jól és hatékonyan menedzseled.
  • Tudsz és szeretsz rendszerekben dolgozni, gondolkodni.

Tapasztalt vezető vagy, aki:
    • a csapatát nem csupán irányítja, hanem egyúttal inspirálja, motiválja;
    • kér és nem utasít, ismered a „köszönöm” és „szívesen” kifejezéseket, sőt használod is ezeket;
    • a munkatársaid eltérő véleménye gondolkodásra sarkall;
    • szerinted a siker egyik kulcsa az együttműködés.
    • Olyan vagy, aki nemcsak az íróasztal mögül irányít, hanem a kollégáival együtt gondolkodik, lemegy a területekre egyeztetni;
    • képben van az operatív feladatokkal is, amikbe szükség estén beavatkozik; 
    • jól kommunikál és delegál;
    • gyorsan és hatékonyan tud döntéseteket hozni, szóval tudod mikor kell cselekedni, és mikor van még további információkra szükséged a megalapozott döntésekhez;
    • képes hosszútávú célok kitűzésére, és ezek eléréséhez stratégiákat is kidolgoz.
