Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems. Follow escalation procedures for unresolved cases. Provide accurate, timely support and adjust communication to the customer’s technical level. Share product and service information per call handling protocols. Resolve contacts efficiently while maintaining quality. Escalate issues as needed per client procedures. Ensure data privacy compliance. Maintain positive communication with customers, team, and partners.
