A forward-thinking healthcare company is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team. In this challenging role, you will provide comprehensive support, including strategic planning, reporting, and event organization.

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to process improvement while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

  • To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Advanced English knowledge, enabling effective communication;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, providing a strong foundation for success;
  • A proactive approach, combined with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position is approximately 40,000-60,000 EUR per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support strategic planning by collecting sales data, preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis;
  • Provide reports to support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Business Development;
  • Assist in tender processes, including price calculations, making reports, and result analysis;
  • Organize international and local events, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail;
  • Manage and handle marketing materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness;
  • C-coordinate internal meetings, manage budgets, and provide financial reports;
  • Maintain customer databases and sales reporting systems, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency;
  • Handle administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and policies;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success;
  • Continuous optimization and simplification of processes and functions, driving business growth and improvement.
