Senior Sales and Business Development Manager for Geospatial Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at CHC Navigation Europe Kft. in France.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge of the geospatial industry, while working with a dynamic and fast-growing global company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, maximizing sales volumes, and developing maximum market share in the European market.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve regional sales targets and develop business plans to maximize sales volumes and market share
- Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts
- Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities
- Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors
- Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders
- Propose, organize, and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture)
- Fluency in French and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory
- Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position
- Results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit
- Strong negotiation and excellent face-to-face communication skills
