About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our global customers and partners. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing communication through phone and email, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and problem-solving to ensure a seamless experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to both guests and partners via phone and email.
  • Execute self-service solutions and enhance customer service strategies.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs).
  • Identify and suggest improvements to work processes to Team Leaders or Managers.
Your Profile
  • Proficient in spoken and written Italian and English (C2 level).
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, or the travel industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent telephone manners, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
