As a Customer Service Representative your main tasks would be:

As an Order Management Representative your main tasks would be:
Focusing on the transactional success for the order entry and it's quality
Managing orders for a specific region, via various ordering channels: electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms
Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure
