Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Guest Relations Agent to join our team at Corinthia Budapest. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience, including concierge services, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Concierge Services: Provide guests with personalized concierge services, including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and recommending local attractions.
  • Meet and Greet: Welcome and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Welcoming Amenities: Prepare and deliver welcoming amenities to our VIP guests, including fresh flowers, fruit, and other thoughtful gestures.
  • Compensation Gifts: Arrange for compensation gifts when necessary, ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Hotel Tours: Provide guests with a comprehensive tour of the hotel, highlighting its amenities and services.
  • Special Occasions: Create memorable experiences for our guests on special occasions, such as birthdays, honeymoons, and anniversaries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: College or university degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism, or business.
  • Language Skills: Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficient in hotel systems, including Opera PMS, and digital tools.
  • Guest Service Skills: High level of guest service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Professionalism: Professional self-representation and corporate image, with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
