  • Oversee all operational issues in the hotel, including physical states of public areas and employee grooming
  • Motivate and maintain good employee relations
  • Represent the company and hotel standards through guest communication and public relations
  • Cooperate with FLHSS Manager and Director of Engineering to ensure guest and colleague safety
  • Greet VIP guests daily and handle guest inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Be responsible for compensating and adjusting charges as necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in supervisory/managerial position in a 5-star luxury property
  • High level of guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
  • College/university degree in relevant field
  • Digital literacy with Opera hotel and MS Office system knowledge
  • Professional self and corporate representation
