Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Polish speaking Service Desk Representative to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Hungary Kft. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving IT issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Support and Resolution
    • Provide first-level IT support to clients, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior teams as needed.
    • Document and log all calls and interactions on our ticketing tool, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Customer Communication and Support
    • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels, providing clear and concise solutions to their technical issues.
    • Keep clients informed of the status of their cases, ensuring timely updates and follow-up.
  • Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving
    • Work collaboratively with senior teams to resolve complex technical issues, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
    • Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Language Skills
    • Advanced or native proficiency in Polish and English languages.
  • Customer Service Experience
    • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an IT Help Desk environment.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
    • Flexible, adaptable, and dynamic personality, with a strong customer-focus mindset.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
