Job Description

Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Recruitment Specialist for Bosch HR Services in Vecsés, Hungary. This role is part of our young and motivated HR Service Team, which covers the end-to-end recruitment process for the Central Eastern European region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the setup, shaping, and further development of our People Acquisition Campus (PAC) with best practice sharing of other PAC countries within Bosch.
  • Attract candidates while utilizing various sourcing channels and methodology.
  • Effectively utilize internal databases, social media channels, and job boards to engage new candidates.
  • Develop a network among potential candidates.
  • Manage job postings and applications.
  • Work closely together with the Staffing team within the HR Service Hub to secure the onboarding process for our new joiners.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Open-minded, self-organized, proactive, and advanced stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills.
