Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Huawei Technologies Hungary Kft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Key Account Clients: End-to-end activities, including onboarding, migration projects, training, updates, and upgrades, issue tackling, and follow-up.
  • Complete Key Account Actions: On-time, high-quality, and quantity delivery, including customer service reports, customer visits, customer resource usage analysis, and optimization suggestions.
  • Provide Key Service Go-Live Assurance: Large-granularity project delivery, specific service migration support, and customer enablement for key accounts.
  • Project Management: Follow project management methodology, from initiation to acceptance, handover, and closure.
  • Issue and Requirement Management: Effectively manage issues and requirements raised by key accounts, frontline personnel, and service managers.
  • Requirement Collection and Review: Regularly collect, identify, and review key requirements, and push O&M/products to the requirement pipeline in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Cloud Services Knowledge: Experience working with cloud services and using them.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with PMP, Prince2, Agile-Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Development Methodologies: Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, CICD, QA, and other development methodologies.

The following work experience is preferred:

  • Cloud Services Experience: Experience working with cloud services and using them.
  • IT/CT Industry Experience: 5+ years of O&M/delivery/development experience in the IT/CT industry, with a technical background in the related industry.
  • Mainstream Cloud Vendors: Experience in O&M customer service of mainstream cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Public Cloud O&M: At least two years of experience in public cloud O&M or VIP customer service, understanding basic O&M processes, and being able to flexibly use the processes to promote problem resolution and target achievement.
  • Customer Engagement: Profound customer engagement, customer success, and stakeholders management abilities.
  • Product Requirement Analysis: At least one year's experience in product requirement analysis, requirement management, and product development, and mastering the basic functions and cloud service architecture of mainstream cloud services.
  • Product Availability Optimization: Experience in product availability optimization and having own insights on reliability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
