About the Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to build our reseller network across the EU. You will be at the forefront of our growth, creating strong partnerships, representing our brand, and helping us expand internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand our reseller network across the EU.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners - be their trusted advisor, not just contact.
- Showcase the unique advantages of our systems and inspire distributors to join our journey.
- Collaborate with marketing to design compelling campaigns that support your strategies.
- Stay ahead of market trends, identify new opportunities, and shape our expansion strategy.
- Report on sales performance, progress towards targets, and business objectives.
Your Qualifications
- Proven success in technical sales - minimum 4-5 years in B2B roles.
- Technical background, ideally in engineering, instrumentation, or similar fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build trust and relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to face challenges.
- Passion for travel - willingness to travel extensively in Hungary and Europe.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong user skills in Windows environment.
