As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in forging client relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our technical lead/architect to support pre-sales calls and technical discussions.

We're looking for a sales-savvy professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the software outsourcing and outstaffing industry. If you're self-motivated, have a drive for success, and can work independently without established procedures or a pre-existing client database, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years in sales within the software outsourcing and outstaffing industry.
  • Fluent English: Strong spoken and written English skills are a must.
  • Sales Savvy: Expertise in every stage of the sales process, with a history of closing deals successfully.

Bonus points for experience in crafting and implementing successful sales strategies, background in small to mid-sized companies, and skills in negotiating and formalizing contract terms.
