We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist
to drive local marketing and communication activities for Kardex Autostore and Kardex Remstar in Hungary. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and is passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with a multinational team of marketing experts and leverage established platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoToWebinar to execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, and event channels. Your focus will be on increasing brand awareness and generating qualified leads in the Hungarian market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Localize and execute marketing campaigns via HubSpot
- Manage lead qualification in collaboration with Sales using CRM tools (Salesforce, Monday)
Event Management
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and regional events aligned with brand strategy
- Organize and host webinars using GoToWebinar
Email Marketing
- Maintain lead engagement through targeted email campaigns and fresh content
Social Media
- Run B2B campaigns focused on reach, awareness, and conversion (LinkedIn, META)
- Localize global social media content for the Hungarian audience
Content Creation
- Adapt global content and create local assets (videos, animations, white papers, customer stories)
- Focus on storytelling aligned with SEO and PPC strategies
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g. event agencies)
- Communicate complex information clearly within a diverse team
Project Management
- Independently manage projects and external vendors (e.g. booth builders, telemarketing)
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communication or equivalent
- Native Hungarian speaker (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- German (B2 or higher) is a strong advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online and offline marketing, preferably in an international matrix organization
- Experience with HubSpot and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Monday) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the material handling industry is beneficial
