Junior Marketing Specialist

The role of Marketing Specialist in Hungary for Kardex Autostore & Kardex Remstar divisions is responsible for executing local marketing and communications activities.

The candidate should have strong self-organization skills and collaborative mindset as the ability to effectively communicate complex information within a diverse team is crucial. Being exposed to multinational team of marketing experts, the marketing specialist must be open to fast learning, changing and growing environment with access to well established and market-known marketing platforms.

A person in this position should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions including compelling storytelling in various formats (e.g.: customer stories, ad copy), effective campaigns in line with brand guidelines, cooperation with external media, build local landing pages (via Hubspot) and run online and offline events to generate brand awareness and leads. The ability to understand target audiences and tailor their messaging accordingly is a must.

The main objectives of the role are to efficiently execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event channels, including social media (e.g.: Linkedin, META) aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation in Hungary.

The role is based in Hungary, preferably in Budaörs area as regular work from the office policy may be applied.

Your tasks

• Lead generation

Localization of marketing campaigns (via HubSpot) to generate leads, manage qualification process (via HubSpot and other CRM platforms Salesforce/Mopnday) in collaboration with Sales

• Online and offline events:

Planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and regional events, ensuring alignment with Kardex's brand and strategic objectives to generate leads and foster industry relationships. Planning and execution of webinars (via GoToWebinar).

• Email marketing:

Utilize email marketing tool to maintain leads communication with new content assets and increase conversions.

• Social media

Running reach, awareness and conversions B2B campaigns on Linkedin, managing local social media content and localizing global posts to local needs.

• Content:
• Adapt global content to local needs. Create local content with a focus on storytelling (e.g. videos, animations, white papers, social media posts, customer stories) aligned with SEO and PPC strategies.
• ROI Monitoring:

Monitoring and reporting of campaign KPIs

• Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional team members and local sales, leveraging their expertise and fostering innovative thinking to overcome challenges and drive marketing success.

• Communication Skills:

Effectively communicating complex information within a diverse team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on marketing objectives.

• Project Management:

Result oriented and self-organized person who can manage additional external partners and agencies (e.g. event planners, booth builders, telemarketing)

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication science or equivalent.
• Hungarian – native (a must)
• English – C1 level
• German at B2 level or higher is a great advantage
• At least 2 years of professional experience in online and offline marketing preferably in international company within matrix organization.
• Experience with Hubspot marketing environment and other CRM platforms such as Salesforce ort Monday would be an additional benefit.
• Familiar with Microsoft environment (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills; must be a strong collaborator and team player working on the common goal and aligning activities across different stakeholders.
• Material handlings industry knowledge beneficial.
