Az Ön felelőssége

  • Felelős a teljes termékportfóliónkra vonatkozó árajánlatok elkészítéséért, feldolgozásáért és nyomon követéséért
  • Megrendelés felvétele és a szállítások nyomon követése
  • Technikai kapcsolattartó minden támogatási kérelemhez minden csatornán (mail, telefon, chat)
  • Az ügyfelekkel kapcsolatos összes megkeresés és visszahívás kezelése a pozitív ügyfélszolgálatra összpontosítva
  • Ügyfeleink fejlődésének és elégedettségének nyomon követése professzionális és proaktív hozzáállással

Az Ön kompetenciái

  • Általános iparági ismeretek (nagykereskedelem, szerszámok)
  • Erős tanulási hajlandóság magas szintű ügyfélközpontúsággal és csapatban való munkavégzés képességével
  • Értékesítés és műszaki orientáció, belső értékesítési környezetben szerzett tapasztalattal
  • SAP és CRM ismeretek
  • Folyékony magyar nyelvtudás, valamint angol vagy német középfokú társalgási szint
