Role summary
A
technically oriented, hands-on Sales Manager
position with individual quota responsibility. Primary accountability for
HubSpot administration and automation management
(workflows, integrations, data stewardship, reporting), combined with execution of
end-to-end B2B sales
and rigorous pipeline management.
Key responsibilities
Technical ownership: HubSpot & automation
- Design, implement, and govern
native HubSpot automations
and
automation in connected third-party software
, using rules, webhooks, and API-based integrations; establish monitoring, alerts, and runbooks. - Build and maintain
dashboards and reports
(pipeline velocity, stage conversion, quota pacing, renewal risk) and publish concise weekly summaries.
Direct B2B sales
- Run
full-cycle opportunities
: targeted prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close. - Maintain an accurate, inspection-ready pipeline and forecast with discipline aligned to targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and win-rate drivers.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in
Sales Operations/RevOps or similar
roles within B2B (preferably SaaS), including
individual quota
ownership. - Proven
HubSpot administration
expertise (objects, workflows, sequences, reporting, permissions). - Experience creating
automations in HubSpot and in external software
, including basic
API/webhook
usage - Strong discovery, demo, and written communication skills.
