Financial and Office Assistant
, working
4 hours per day
.

Responsibilities

Financial and Administrative Tasks

  • Issuing invoices.
  • Managing the approval and payment process for documents.
  • Monitoring payment arrears and handling payment reminders according to established protocols.
  • Initiating transfers and performing other financial administrative tasks.
  • Supporting audit work in cooperation with accounting and administration.
  • Mailing and general office administration.

Active Participation in Process Improvement

  • Analyzing and making recommendations related to processes within your scope to improve operational efficiency and simplify workflows.
  • Identifying revenue opportunities and providing decision support for the managing director.

Other Tasks

  • Monitoring supplier and customer relationships.
  • Attending events and meetings, organizing in-house events.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in economics and/or finance.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Negotiation-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Precise and quality-oriented work.
  • Cooperative, assertive, proactive, and solution-focused personality.

Advantages

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or other ERP systems is an advantage.
