Would you like to combine marketing, technology, and customer engagement in a truly global role? Our partner, a leading multinational healthcare technology company, is looking for a
Global Marketing Operations Specialist
to join their international marketing team.

In this position, you'll manage and continuously improve the
Global Ultrasound Loyalty Club platforms
– professional communities and educational websites for healthcare professionals worldwide. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, MarCom, and Clinical teams to enhance user experience and engagement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing membership registration and validation for the global Loyalty Clubs
  • Handling customer support via dedicated club inboxes
  • Updating and managing website content in line with legal and regulatory guidelines
  • Preparing reports and dashboards on membership and engagement metrics
  • Supporting ongoing platform development projects

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business IT, IT, Marketing, or Marketing Analytics (MBA/advanced degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of work experience
    in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or Customer Data Management
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Customer-centric and detail-oriented mindset
  • Creativity and a data-driven approach
  • Strong Excel skills
    ; experience with CRM or Marketing Automation tools is a plus

Background can be either:

  • Marketing + IT or Marketing Analytics
  • Business IT or IT
