Sales Client Partner
We're looking for a
Sales Client Partner
who expects more from their career. This is a unique opportunity to extend and improve dunnhumby's Media Team, working with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities and influence global retailers.

Joining our team, you'll collaborate with world-class and passionate people to develop Retail Media in the Hungarian market. You will own a portfolio of key FMCG accounts, taking a consultative approach to providing Retail Media solutions that drive both performance and brand outcomes for advertisers. You'll provide thought leadership and strategy to accelerate the growth of Retail Media budgets, driving long-term sustainable commercial growth for Tesco Media.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Ownership of quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth strategy for key FMCG advertising partners
  • A large and extensive network of relationships across both client and media agencies
  • Own coverage, reporting and key relationship management for FMCG clients
  • Create integrated (trade, online, brand) advertising plans aligned with client objectives and measurable value
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations using market trends, customer insights, and campaign analysis
  • Develop strategic insights and provide in-depth performance analysis via QBRs and Joint Business Plans
  • Collaborate closely with account management, strategic planning, and new business sales teams
  • Foster collaboration between the retailer and their suppliers/CPGs
  • Advocate and model first-class customer service
  • Deepen partnership engagement across key stakeholder groups
  • Maintain expertise in Tesco Media products and roadmap
  • Confidently challenge client strategy to maximise Tesco Media's impact
  • Evangelise Retail Media thought leadership across your client portfolio and industry events

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject
  • Fluent Hungarian (essential) and strong English (essential)
  • 6+ years' experience in media sales within retail media, advertising agencies, and/or online advertising
  • Passion for Retail Media and Tesco Media products and services
  • Extensive knowledge of brand and performance marketing
  • Strong client contact network and relationships with senior marketing executives
  • Proven track record in building sales pipelines, accurate forecasting, and exceeding targets
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly goal-oriented
  • Confident communicator and presenter in fast-paced environments
  • Consultative style with ability to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Adaptability to change in a fast-moving company
  • Collaborative team player
