Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales process (E2E), from prospecting to deal closure
  • Identify and engage with potential B2B clients looking for IT outsourcing services
  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions based on our service portfolio
  • Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close complex sales deals
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
  • Track sales performance and report regularly to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2+ years
    of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in IT outsourcing or software development services
  • Proven track record in
    end-to-end sales
    and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent Hungarian
    and Strong
    English communication skills
    (written and verbal)
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in international markets
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT project delivery models
  • Additional languages (e.g. German, French) are a plus
