We're looking for a
UX Research Participant Coordinator
who thrives on organization, precision, and people skills. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting participants for user research studies — ensuring we speak with the right people at the right time. You'll collaborate closely with UX Researchers, Product Teams and Customer Account Managers to understand study requirements and translate them into well-defined recruitment plans.

Your ability to stay organized, document processes thoroughly, and manage multiple stakeholders will be key to your success. Your attention to detail will allow our researchers to gather insights at a faster rate and focus more on the analysis of the information.

Our UX team has more than 20 friendly and supportive professionals, and we're looking for new talents to join us. At SAP Emarsys, we research and design solutions that help marketers with their daily work, making their tasks easier, faster, and even more enjoyable.

Your task will be unique within the UX team, but you will be an integral part of our operations.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • You have managed complex projects or organized events that required input from multiple stakeholders.
  • You pride yourself on having good documentation and organization skills.
  • You have good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
  • You love experimenting with new AI-powered tools and research methods, constantly looking for ways to improve workflows.

NICE TO HAVE

  • You have some experience in UX design / research, whether through academic projects, personal work, or past internships.
  • Some experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI-enhanced survey analysis…etc.).
  • An experience with creating SQL queries or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in additional languages: German, French.

  • Strong product & UX onboarding to help you understand our world.
  • Introduction to our UX research processes and best practices.
  • Learning by doing, you will work on real projects from the start.
  • You will be working closely together with the UX Research Lead on research operations.

Contract & Benefits

  • Fixed-term contract for 6 months.
