UX Research Participant Coordinator Intern

We work in close collaboration with Product and Engineering, because we believe UX Research should be part of key decisions from the very beginning, shaping ideas and solving problems together, always with our users in mind, but also with a clear focus on business and product goals.

Our UX team has more than 20 friendly and supportive professionals, and we're looking for new talents to join us. At SAP Emarsys, we research and design solutions that help marketers with their daily work, making their tasks easier, faster, and even more enjoyable.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• You are currently attending university.
• You have some experience in design / research, whether through academic projects, personal work, or past internships.
• You have tried qualitative or quantitative research methods to answer user questions.
• You are a quick learner, passionate about UX research, AI, emerging technologies and solving user problems
• You have good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
• You love experimenting with new AI-powered tools and research methods, constantly looking for ways to improve workflows.

NICE TO HAVE

• A portfolio or project summaries showcasing past UX research experience and impact (e.g., research plan, usability studies, AI-related case studies)
• Some experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI-enhanced survey analysis…etc.).
• An experimental mindset, you enjoy testing new tools, methods, automation techniques, and research workflows
• Some experience with data synthesis and storytelling, translating research into actionable insights.

• Working with one of the biggest UX teams in Hungary, together with many international colleagues from different countries.
• We would love to meet you in person sometimes, visiting the office at least every two weeks is required. But we offer flexible working hours.

• Fixed-term contract for 6 months.
