Job Description

The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to MET Services Ltd. (cca. 200 employees) Human Resources Manager's daily operations.

  • Be responsible for all administration tasks related to the employee life cycle
  • Update and manage HR Information Systems data
  • Supporting daily HR operations by managing employee records, handling onboarding/offboarding, coordinating benefits/payroll data, answering employee queries
  • Support the monitoring of the performance evaluation process
  • Coordinate the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications
  • Support the Group HR Controlling team in terms of reporting, planning and budget tracking
  • Support the tracking and analysis of personnel costs, payroll, benefits and HR operational expenses
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years HR experience within a multinational company
  • BSc/Msc degree in finance, economics or business studies
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, systematic thinking
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
