a

Data Development Coordinator
to join our
Aftersales team
in
Szentendre.**
Provide superior and competency-based services in data management that includes dashboard operation and data analytics. Services need to be fully user centric supported by continuous process improvements. Processes by Shared Business Center should aim for the highest level of digitalization as possible. All activities must be in line with FoE strategy/growth plan and audit compliant.

Responsibilities
Key tasks:

  • Process development and automatization
  • Reporting
  • Workflow development
  • Data Modelling
  • Dashboard development

Detailed task functions and responsibilities:

  • Maintain Dashboard dataflow from different sources
  • Maintain and develop dashboards, including managing data flow from

various sources and creating templates for imports.

  • Collect and prepare data, and develop ad-hoc queries, reports, charts, and

graphs from a central database.

  • Automate report generation processes.
  • Collect business process data from key business owners and support the

Flash Scorecard process.

  • Provide automated data flow support and digital transformation assistance
  • Manage system access permissions.
  • Support volume tracking and program evaluation, focusing on standardized processes and dashboard utilization.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance market engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • College/University Degree
  • Min. 2-3-year work experience
  • Project management experience (IT project experience preferred)
  • Strong business acumen coupled with commitment to quality
  • Ability to communicate efficiently to all levels of management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Critical thinking skill to foster innovation
  • Problem solving skills to identify root cause of an issue and find resolution in structured manner
  • Time and priority management skills to boost productivity and efficiency
  • Customer focused mind-set
  • High level of English (written / spoken)
  • Solid understanding of SQL
  • Data Management
  • Data Modelling

Advantage:

  • Basic Python knowledge (Pandas library mostly)
  • Qlik Sense, Power BI, but any BI tool experience is welcomed
  • Google Cloud Platform experience
  • Alteryx
  • VBA
